PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  The second denomination from the issuer, engraved by the American Bank Note Company, New-York. The \"1877\" is engraved and the \"May 1\" is stamped. The frame, large \"2\" at top left, and protector guilloche outlining the TWO at the bottom are in green. The top vignette shows a lively depot scene with passengers standing by. A seated allegorical female with attributes of Justice and Commerce is above a TWO die at left, and a man harvesting corn is at lower right below a \"2\" die. The green security back has dazzling dies. Plate A. No. 25992. \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and noted with a \"Small Stain at Top Left.\" This is one of the finest $2 notes we have seen from the issuer.
