PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  A very scarce private bank. Printed on thin blue-gray paper. The Gothic title is across the center. The far left shows a standing statue representing Agriculture, similar to other locally printed Richmond notes. The right end has a fancy column-style cartouche with FIVE CENTS perpendicular. The Jones & Littlefield rarity ratings for this series (Rarity 5 or 6) appear conservative. We have cataloged only one note from the title. Noted with \"Edge Splits and Tears.\" Very sharply engraved, and a very presentable example. Ex: Eric P.
