This entirely different series has \"IN MERCHANDISE\" across the note in red. The rest of the text is in black, and the title under the red text. All are contained inside the pattern border. The signature of the secretary (recorder) Wm. L. Watkins matches the Nyholm plate note. A few small pieces of tape on the blank back are noted as Tape Repaired Splits and Tears.\" Dark printing and excellent red contrast.
