PCGS Choice About New 58.   This is an unusual note. Collectors will have to determine where it fits into the series as its exact classification is a matter of opinion. The paper appears to be blue, but the listed Cr. 6C variant appears to be an afterthought. The paper is not noticeably blue, nor is it strictly cream. It was redated \"Aug. 1, 1863\" in red pen perpendicular to the right of the Commerce vignette like the Cr. 5C. In choice grade with only faint handling. The Cr. 5 and Cr. 6 notes are difficult to find in strictly Uncirculated condition. Ex: Eric P.
