This is a rare bank and a beautifully vignetted proof engraved and printed by Danforth, Wright & Co., New York & Philadelphia on India paper only. This proof was printed on the two-subject $10-$20 plate, and an example of that sheet on cardstock appeared in the 1990 American Banknote Company Archive sale, and later, Chet Krause's auctions. In the center is a facing girl's portrait seen on this series only, with shaded \"2\" and \"0\" flanking. The title is at the top. At the far left is standing female America.
