This note shows the bank's title reiterated in the left end panel with a pattern border. At the upper left is BANK OF EXCHANGE. A rudimentary \"10\" counter is at upper right. Signatures are nicely penned. Noted with \"Edge Splits and Tears; Small Hole at Right.\" This is definitely another discovery note for specialists to appreciate and the first we have cataloged.
