Both were proofs, a $10 and $50, in the 1990 American Banknote Company sale by Murray, Draper, Fairman & Co. This is issued and dated in the territorial period, prior to statehood in December of 1818. An allegorical female holding a \"5\" is at top center and ends are intricate. The condition is superb for a note such as this. An important opportunity for Illinois or early-dated note specialists. Ex: Eric P.
