The setting appears to be a circus.  There are three people in this scene - two men and a woman.  One man is a clown, in full clown regalia - baggy black one-piece costume with white polka dots and pom-poms on it, a pointed white hat with upturned brim, and a black pom-pom at the top.  His face is made up in black and white clown make up.  The other man and the woman are a 'little people' bride and groom.  The groom has on a formal cutaway suit with boutonniere, gloves and spats.  A cigarette is hanging out of his mouth, and he's looking up at the clown.  To the right of the picture, the bride, in full white wedding dress with train and veil, is holding the groom's top hat in her right hand, and dumping a plate of food into it.  She has an odd look on her face.
