PCGS Gem New 66PPQ.  The third Straker & Sons developmental essay proof is very interesting. It is in an early state, with most of details within the central and flanking agricultural medallions. No denomination, bordering, or background details are present. Printed in black ink. As previous, the card measures 30.0cm by 22.0cm, and the note within is 19.0cm by 8.0cm, with the visible plate embossing delineating the margin. These diagnostics stay fairly consistent throughout. The progress of the Confederate Seal is seen in the center, which depicts George Washington on horseback, as seen on the Virginia Washington Monument in Richmond, encircled by cotton and other Southern crops. The motto has not yet been added. Another exceptional essay proof in superlative grade. Ex: Eric P.
