In an oval at top center is a portrait of a woman with large eyes gazing upwards. At lower left is an allegorical female Mechanic preparing to inscribe a tablet. At the right end is a standing woman whose hair and dress are being blown by the wind. A red protector ONE is at the bottom. The intricate brown back has \"CHECK\" on brown lathe work and ornate details throughout. Noted as \"Stamp Cancelled,\" which is seen twice on the back.
