The note's emblem with the CONFEDERATION motto and the All Seeing Eye of Providence shining on 13 stars was developed by Declaration signer Francis Hopkinson. The printing is light, as is often the case on these notes. The low serial number 50 and the right signature stand out. Noted with \"Minor Staining,\" which is light foxing mostly confined to the border printing. Ex: Eric P.
