Proof. PCGS New 62 Apparent.  This is an extremely rare bank with only a few proofs and no issued notes known to us. A very sharply engraved India paper proof on \"new card\" (added) with Rawdon, Wright, Hatch & Edson, New-York imprint. In the busy vignette at upper left, the seated allegorical female holds up a cornucopia containing produce with her right hand. She points the caduceus in her left hand toward the Comptroller's Office seal. Around her are a rake, bundle of wheat, sextant, cornucopia spilling coins, barrels, and other containers. A sailor leaning on a capstan is at lower right. Noted with some \"Splits and Tears\" which are reinforced by the \"new\" card noted as \"Mounted on Cardstock.\" This is likely unique.  Ex: Eric P.
