Several vignettes are interspersed within the titles. It has lathe work edging. The distinctive wide eagle with E PLURIBUS UNUM at the top was used on Obsolete notes and United States Federal Interest Bearing Notes. Some foxing and minor corner mounts are seen. Fine.
