PCGS Very Fine 30 Apparent. This early scrip note, denominated as three pence, is intact and vibrant. A double-line border is on three sides. The left end shows a panel with the denomination twice, with title capitalization, and in all capital letters. Surrounding is an interesting pattern made up of intersecting rows and columns of the letter \"o\", along with two \"4\" numerals (one sideways) and \"Three Pence.\" A large \"Three Pence\" is across the back. The \"Minor Stains\" noted should not be a deterrent to an aggressive bid. This is possibly unique and projects boldly. Ex: Eric P.
