This is the plate note on page 166 of the fifth edition Like the previous, a compact-size Bon scrip and equivalent to its weight in deerskins. This is a significant and historic financial instrument fully dated from St. Louis. Hand accomplished in French, and unique as such; issued and by signed by Sam'l Solomon to Francoise Liberge. Laid paper, 9.0 cm by 6.5 cm. The back is docketed as \"No. 12/12ps. The condition is exceptional and the pen fluid throughout. This deerskin-equivalent Bon has exceptional character and charm.
