The Missouri Arms are at right, titles to the left, and obligation underneath. A red \"$100\" protector is across and there is an embossed seal. Written date. No. 1791. Signed by W. Shields and countersigned by C. F. Jackson. Complete, with fourteen $5 coupons underneath. Generally Fine, although there are a few roughed-up edges at the right bond end and lower left corner of the coupons. Complete, with well-accomplished signatures and a nicely embossed seal.
