This $1 is an unlisted denomination from the Rothert 95-2 and -3 dated notes with a large blue protector \"$1\" on the back that shows to the face. Printed in blue with texts in the center; end panels have text protectors in a different style. Some flaws are noted such as \"Pieces Missing; Repairs; Minor Rust Stains,\" but it projects nicely above those descriptions. Rare and the first of this type we have offered. Ex: Eric P.
