Across the bottom half of this \"B\" plate position note is a lighter red FIVE micro-lettering pattern, with the end frames and upper cornices deeper red, which also outlines the \"5\" in white. Liberty and Justice, identified by the banners at their feet, flank a large, oval portrait of then-Governor Leonard J. Farwell. Liberty holds the fasces and some wheat; Justice holds her scales and sword. A bold Gem with exceptionally vibrant color. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and \"Mounted on Cardstock\" as made.
