NY-194. PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ. A bold-looking note printed by Samuel Louden on thick paper. It shows the standard face style with New York arms at right and three ornate borders. The back features an intricate candelabrum vignette with the motto UNO EODEMQUE IGNI (With one and the same flame). The two signatures are sharp, with Roosevelt's in red and Cornelius Ray's in black. The margins are tight in a few spots, but the strong printing and paper originality are excellent. A splendid type note from this series. Ex: Eric P.
