This 1920s-era St. Louis Cash Register Company machine features all-metal construction on a wood base with a wood drawer. The mechanism is mostly working on this machine that is a prime candidate for careful restoration. The lever across the front allows selections in five-cent increments, with a lever above right selecting 1 to 4 cents, and a similar lever above left for selection from 1 to 5 dollars. The dollar lever has slipped below the machine's covering. This register has a maroon finish that shows considerable wear. Dimensions of the wood base: 12.5 x 16 x 0.75 inches.
