The scene is outdoors, apparently on the upper level of a double-decker bus.  There are buildings, trees, and a statue in the background.  well-dressed man in a dark suit and lighter colored fedora occupies a seat on the bus, with an open newspaper in his hands.  A young woman in 1920s style, dress, coat and hat has just sat, or fallen, in his lap.  She look dismayed/distressed.  He looks stunned.
