Proof. Choice New 63 Apparent.  A very rare branch payable proof type printed on India paper, mounted on original cardstock, by Casilear, Durand, Burton & Edmonds. At the top center is the steamboat Henry Clay over the title. At each end is identical standing Allegory of Faith with her left foot upon the globe and the opposite hand over the heart. This representative imagery was painted by Johannes Vermeer (1670-1672) and currently displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Issued notes of the type had the branch location written in. Noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled\" and \"Mounted on Cardstock\" as made. There is a \"Small Edge Tear at LL\" mentioned and seen readily.
