PCGS Very Good 10.  This is a rare bank, and this green protector series is unlisted. A beautiful color type with the American Bank Note Company imprint. At top center, a sailor reclines on a windy beach with a large anchor behind him, and a rowboat at the shoreline. In the distance, a steamship appears to founder in rough water. Perhaps he has managed to escape disaster. The Massachusetts state auditor's seal is at the left end between numerical and textual counters. At lower right, under a \"3\" counter, is a seated allegorical female holding the fasces and a shield showing the state emblem. A green protector comprises small \"3\" dies. Green dies are in the left corners: a circular \"3\" at the top, and a wavy oblong, outlined THREE at the bottom. A problem-free note with honest circulation. Ex: Eric P.
