The smokestacks are sharply detailed and thinner than known counterfeits. Letter A. Signed by Kroeger as commissioner. No. 36310. Noted as \"Cross-Cut Cancelled\" and with \"Tape on Back.\" The cut-cancels are mainly seen from the back. An interesting example with a high serial number, very sharp signature, and bright appearance. Ex: Eric P.
