An engraved and printed note by Manouvrier & Snell, New Orleans. The signatures appear to be proper, but not dated. A simple style with titles and denomination in center. Corner oval numeric dies are in between CENTS on shaded lathe work. At top center is a \"12 ?\" die. Noted with \"Edge Tear at Bottom Right.\" We have an auction record for a raw note for $1,495 at the 2007 Long Beach sale. A key scrip note and rare imprint. Ex: Eric P.
