No imprint, but moir? pattern ends reflect the style of Leney. The oval counter at top center is cupped into the title. Visible signature. Noted with \"Tape Repaired Edge Tears.\" New York State Bank 10 Cents Sept. 1, 1815 NY-100 G12 SENC. PCGS Very Good 10.  With the imprint of W. &  L. (Whiting & Lemet).
