PCGS Very Fine 25 Apparent.  The full yellow-gold tint used on this series is quite striking. This is a well-made contemporary counterfeit plate of the Toppan, Carpenter & Co. designs. The tint plate TWENTY outline contrasts well with the color. At the top left is very wide vignette of a train with a broad perspective in the background. Henry Clay is at the lower right and is perhaps the crudest detail on the note. Noted with a small patch of \"Tape on Back\" that does not affect the face's vibrancy. Ex: Eric P.
