VA-82. PCGS Very Fine 35 Apparent. The second series of James River Bank forms were emitted when the lack of a paper supply required the unused forms from 1773 be placed into service. Thus, the design and style was the same as for the 1773 James River notes. This is a uniface type printed on laid paper with an indent into the ornamental calligraphic elements at the left end. A finely detailed ship vignette is at top left. Modest circulation, and with slight faults. Noted with \"Small Edge Splits and Tears.\" A well-printed James River Form with excellent eye appeal.
