Allegorical cherubs are at top center with a stone \"9\" counter tablet. The lower left has two cherubs in an oval vying for control of the flag. At the lower right is a standing allegorical female in an oval. Noted with some \"Minor Rust Stains\" scattered across the face. The blank back has a lengthy, perpendicular period annotation.
