This colorful Red Seal from the St. Louis district comes from a small run of high-grade notes. Despite having a couple of light bends more than the others, it retains the same blazing eye appeal, coupled with bright white paper and a cherry red overprint. Andrew Jackson is on the face, and the farming and factory vignettes are on the back. We sold the next note in the serial number run, H1222217A (plate position A), back in January 2009 for $1,725. More recently, the radar numbered H122221A example was sold by us for $2,232.50 (PMG About Uncirculated 55). Ex: Eric P.
