It appears three signers acted as a team to sign notes from the issue and received one payment. A manuscript document on laid paper. 19.7 cm x 15.5 cm. Fully accomplished and signed by Charles Biddle, on behalf for David Rittenhouse Esquire [as] Treasurer. Endorsed on back, along the top, once by Glentworth and Kammerer, and on behalf of Steele on November 8, 1785. Docket in central tri-fold, upside down.
