An eagle is in the center with outstretched wings, under the curved title. The obligation is in the top margin. At top left, the Shreveport circular postmark. A very rare series. The type was not in the collection of the late Charlton Meyer, an esteemed local collector and student of Louisiana Obsolete currency for decades.
