The garland chain with alternating floral and TWO links encircles the title and obligations as well as repeating micro-lettered denominations. A rectangular border is around, with \"2\" counters in the corners. End panels show semicircular TWO counters at top and bottom; the three central counters each have one letter of the denomination: T W O. The Apparent designation is due to \"Missing UL Corner; Hinges on Back.\" Well made despite being bogus. Ex: Eric P.
