This Leney & Rollinson India paper proof is from an unlisted series. With one leg crossed over the other, the seated allegorical female at top center, as Commerce and Navigation, leans casually against some bales. She holds a rudder in her right hand. Behind are stacked barrels, bales and ships. The opposite shore is in the far background. Numeric counters are on either side. End panels show intriguing arcing patterns with perpendicular denominations, textual at left and numeric at right. Noted with \"Hinge Remnants on Back.\" Nicely margined and sharp from the face.
