As above, this is a small format note with a large ornament, but different from that on the 5 cents, at top center over the issuer's name. TEN CENTS is across. The left end has a climbing vine wrapped around a pole as used on the 5 cents. The strong signature of Ramos is at the lower right. A bold example and one of the finest we have seen. Ex: Eric P.
