The Gothic title is across the center above the obligation, and the TEN CENTS denomination is in a cartouche. Upper corner \"10\" counters are in small cartouches. The red serial number is within a black ink-stamped oval; a partial second stamping is at lower left. Signed and issued. Choice grade for the issuer and a scarcer denomination.
