PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  A small format note printed on white paper. Simple line borders are at top and bottom; the left end has elaborate bordering, and the right has none. Semon was a newspaper dealer located at 36 Main Street according to the Virginia reference. This is considered Rarity 6E (5-9 known), but might be rarer. Noted with \"Minor Rust Stains; Small Edge Tears.\" However, this is a very solid and vibrant note. We sold the slightly different variant (PR60-744, without the lower left serial number) for $287.50 in 2006. Semon-issued notes are infrequently encountered. Ex: Eric P.
