PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  There are at least two re-dates observed (the other is June 31, 1874) on this extremely rare Post-War period series. Printed on two sides from plates engraved by the American Bank Note Company, New-York. A train vignette is at top center, allegorical History is at lower left, and a harvester is at lower right. Redated with a \"6\" digit over the ending \"1.\" The green security back has three denomination dies. No plate letter. Serial no. 4995. \"Severed and Tape Repaired\" and noted with \"Edge Splits\" by grading. Though there are faults, this is extremely rare. Ex: Eric P.
