At top, right of center, an eagle floats among the clouds. He holds an olive branch and arrows in the talons of one foot and grips the Stars and Stripes shield firmly with the talons of the other. A banner floating in front of the shield reads E PLURIBUS UNUM. In ornate frames at the lower corners, Franklin is at left and Washington at right. Another deeply inked and attractive type.
