The illustration is stamped;  Filed May --1933.  I searched several sites, but didn't find this illustration.   Uncle Sam is standing in front of a house with a sagging shutter.  His coat is off, vest unbuttoned, and he's rolling up his sleeves.  Before him, and slightly below, is a man with his back to the viewer.  The man appears to be a construction worker in overalls, bandana and cloth cap, wearing a tool belt, waving a saw in his right hand, and holding a satchel under his left arm.  The caption reads;  It's a good house we have, but badly in need of repairs.  'With the aid of all good citizens Uncle Sam is undertaking the job'  As a side note, J.M.
