In the center, orange rays of sunlight provide a backdrop for an unattributed \"MWL\" logo in center, \"SING SING PRISON\" at bottom. Denominations in the upper corners \"ONE.\" The Gothic motto \"Do good - Make good\" is bisected by the logo. There appear to be several lettered series and variants of this scrip.
