PCGS Fine 15.  A rare bank. The few issued notes seen from the bank are low grade. This intricate National Bank Note Company product shows color, vignettes and security details. Lovely green tint is on the frame, large \"2\" protectors and guilloche. A resting farmer holding a scythe is at the center, and a female portrait is in the lower right corner under a \"2\" die. The left end shows the New York bank seal perpendicular between counters. The color has faded a little, but the paper quality is excellent. The Gordon Harris Collection note, ragged in comparison, still realized $253 in September 2002. A pleasing example of this type. Ex: Eric P.
