The surfaces are smooth with no planchet flaws or post-production blemishes, aside from typical handling marks. An exceptional late die state example with the crumbling and die crack at LIB, also showing a heavy break covering most of the E in ET, and an even larger break at the lower left reverse, appearing much like a cast on Liberty's broken left leg.
