PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  This is a much rarer series of notes from the bank engraved and printed by Toppan, Carpenter & Co. The type is not is SENC in Haxby and noted as \"None Known\" in the Whitman Encyclopedia, Volume 2.  Seated Agriculture is at the center, above the bank title, holding a sickle in one hand and some stalks of wheat in the other. A portrait of a young woman is in the decorative oval frame at lower left. A cameo head profile of a Roman soldier is in a similar frame at the right corner. A horse with one foreleg raised is at the base. A red protector THREE is at bottom center. The note was signed and issued, but is noted as \"Hole Punch Cancelled,\" done to prevent redemption. Noted by grading with a \"Hinge Repaired Tear at Top Right.\" That is academic as this is an extreme rarity. Ex: Eric P. Newman Numismatic Education Society\n\nRealized $763.75.
