PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  A rarer denomination from this bank that issued notes from Richmond and Alton. The fine engraving is by Danforth, Wright & Co. The title is arced at the bottom center with a red \"V\" protector. Across the top is a large vignette with Plenty at the left, and an angel in the center handing an orb to Navigation at the right. There are additional red numeral \"5\" protectors at each end beneath the intricate dies. Noted only with some \"Rust Stains at Center\" that are concealed within the dark printing. Ex: Eric P.
