PCGS Fine 12 Apparent.  A rare scrip note with a simple style. At the left is a fancy pattern end, and TEN CENTS in bold type is across. The Alhambra House was a hotel on Main Street in Fredericksburg. This is Rarity 6F (5-9 known) in the Jones & Littlefield reference, but this is the first we have handled, and we believe it is rarer. A choice example for this type of Civil War-period scrip. Noted only with some \"Minor Mounting Remnants,\" otherwise very bold. Ex: Eric P.
