Washington is near Pittsburgh, the location of the 1791 Whiskey Rebellion. The scene is not a titled historical event, but George Washington is on horseback holding orders as his men leave the encampment behind him. Intricate ends show FIVE in the left cartouche and PENNSYLVANIA in the right. With block-style check letter \"D.\" Noted with \"Minor Mounting Remnants on Back.\" A superior condition note that is either cut cancelled or poorly trimmed. Ex: Eric P.
