Single lines create the border and denomination end panels. The denomination across is in a fancy typeface, and \"10\" counters are at the ends. Noted by grading are \"Minor Rust Stains\" and \"Small Edge Tears.\" The note is bold and is the only published example. It seems likely it is unique for the town and is a winner-take-all prize from the Newman Collection. Ex: Eric P.
