PCGS Fine 15 Apparent.  This is the earliest incorporated upstate New York bank; it was founded in 1792. Notes apparently were not issued until this series in the early 19th century; they used a two-color style that is distinctive and unusual. This is Newman-listed and the plate note on page 296 of the fifth edition. A coin-vignetted plate E counterfeit showing five United States Heraldic Eagle dollars (1798-1803) at the left and a red vignette of Agriculture at the right.
