The face has ornamental bordering enclosing the obligation and the printed name of Isaac Schultz. The back has a fancy ornamental cartouche enclosing \"One Penny.\" The countersignature of Schultz at the base makes this fully issued. Noted only with a \"Small Edge Split at Left.\" Bright and vibrant. Ex: Eric P.
